GETO^® Frame base assembly

Two variants are available: For lightweight constructions, end members with a height of 110 mm and a floor recess of 21 mm with matching outer frame are used. For heavy constructions, end members of 150 mm in height and a floor recess of 27 mm are used, likewise with compatible outer frame.
Longitudinal members in three different heights (100 mm, 120 mm, 140 mm) can be combined with either base assembly. The distance between longitudinal members is infinitely variable, as required, between 700 mm and 880 mm.

The longitudinal members are supplied ready-drilled with holes spaced at 50 mm intervals. This simplifies the task of joining them to the cross-members and the brackets drilled at 25 mm intervals, allowing the cross-members to be bolted to the longitudinal members, likewise at intervals of 25 mm.
The GETO Frame is also supplied with a pre-fabricated framework assembly to accommodate the positioning of the rear wheel arch, 1000 mm or 1250 mm long as required. After having selected the required measurements of the longitudinal members and the external frame, both versions of the GETO Frame can either be completely bolted together or assembled with lockbolt pins and collars. No welding or any other type of fixing is required. All the fixings supplied with the GETO Frame ensure fast and uncomplicated assembly. GETO Frame is versatile and can easily be used for either a lightweight platform superstructure or a sturdy GETO Sider curtainsided body to suit the requirements of the bodybuilder or fleet operator.

Maximum attention has been paid to quality: only high-strength, fine-grained steels are used. A hot galvanising process ensures all components are protected against corrosion. This eliminates the need for any additional painting or coating. The side raves include integrated cargo-control rings. Both versions of GETO Frame perfectly complement the range of certified TITGEMEYER systems, offering safety and reliability to manufacturers and operators in the commercial vehicle sector.
