GETO® Lifter lifting floor
GS-tested lifting floor for box bodies or flatbed trucks
The weight-bearing structural element of TITGEMEYER’s new GS-tested GETO Lifter lifting floor is the central profile. It acts as the guide element for the slider, helping to ensure the noise-free raising and lowering of the lifting floor, which effortlessly handles loads of up to 10,000 kilos, allowing the flexible two-level loading of box-bodies and flatbed trucks.

Hydraulic locking cylinders ensure that the lifting floor sits securely in the pillar rests. The cylinder bracket, which also houses the deflection pulleys for the cable system, can be used as a standardised component for all versions of the system. Lateral sliding plates protect the central profile from wear and tear. A high-performance hydraulic unit with oil tank and directly flange-mounted hydraulic pump helps ensure the smooth operation and required safety of the lifting floor. The standardised supporting pillars of the GETO Lifter are also secure and, above all, flexible: Four, six or eight individual supporting pillars are fitted, depending on the length of the lifting floor. The modular design also provides quickly-fitted, individual solutions that allow two shorter lifting floors to be used on a single semi-trailer. This makes it possible to transport four different bulky items of freight on the same trailer. Our range of lifting floors can be combined with and extended using TITGEMEYER Curtainsider kits for semi-trailers, truck chassis and individual trailers; the GETO Versus sliding-roof system, and also the Liftmaster 770 as a tailored solution for making optimum use of the available internal volume.
