BISON Style garment rail
The new garment rail designed by TS - Gesellschaft für Transport- und Sicherungssysteme, a subsidiary of the TITGEMEYER Group, offers significantly more benefits. The key innovative feature of BISON Style compared to its predecessor garment rails, the BISON Revision, BISON Robust and BISON Universal, is that it is 25 per cent lighter yet much stronger. The special design reduces the weight of each garment rail down to less than 4.5 kilos. Depending on the length of the trailer, textile goods carriers can save up to 200 kilos in weight. This not only makes it easier to insert the rails but saves on large amounts of fuel. The surface of each garment rail is finished using a special chrome-plating process that guarantees zero friction wear, protects against corrosion, and is also free of chrome VI as defined by the EU Directive/VDA. The garment rail is likewise in compliance with the terms and conditions of the customs criminological office and can be inspected by customs officials without being removed, making it completely customs-proof. What's more, the rails can also be marked with customer-specific items (e.g. logo / numbering). This permits the fast, trouble-free sorting of these items when shipping loads via a transport hub, for example.
